Help Center

Nine times out of ten, a hiccup on Okedoo traces back to a blocked permission or a shaky connection. Try the fixes below first; if nothing works, email us and a person will reply.

Camera or mic is not picking anything up

  • In the address bar, open the site settings (the padlock or camera symbol) and grant okedoo.chat access to both camera and microphone.
  • Close other apps that may be holding the camera, such as video meeting tools.
  • On iPhone, Safari and Chrome both work; check Settings, then the browser, then Camera and Microphone.
  • Refresh okedoo.chat once the new permissions are saved.

Matches will not load or keep dropping

Random matching needs a steady connection. Move to Wi-Fi where possible, turn off VPNs or data-saving modes that block live video, and close heavy downloads. If the screen stays on searching for a long time, tap next or reload; quiet hours simply mean fewer people waiting.

I did not get my free matches or rewards

New visitors receive free matches once the guest session finishes setting up, which takes a moment on a slow connection. The Reward Center on the match screen hands out more while you stay online; the exact amounts can change. If the counter looks wrong, sign out and back in, then contact us if it persists.

Paid but nothing showed up

Wait a minute and refresh, because payment confirmations sometimes lag. Still missing? Email [email protected] with the receipt or the last four digits of the card and the time of purchase.

Deleting my account

Send a deletion request to [email protected] using the address on the account, or quote the guest nickname you went by. We confirm by email once it is done.

Reporting someone after the chat ended

If the chat has closed, write to support with the time, the person's nickname if you saw it, and what happened. The more precise the time, the faster we can find the call record.
