where to write

Email reaches a person

Okedoo support works by email at [email protected]. Write about anything: a chat that went wrong, a ban you think was a mistake, coins that did not arrive, a deletion request, a bug or an idea. A member of the team reads every message.

Mid-chat trouble? Hit report on the call screen first. It attaches the call record automatically, which helps a reviewer far more than a description written afterwards.

Things Okedoo support never asks for

Okedoo staff do not request passwords, one-time codes, full card details or fees to restore an account. Messages that do, even when they use our name or logo, are not from us. Forward them to [email protected] and delete them.

Passwords, codes, card numbers: real Okedoo support asks for none of them.

Contact questions

How do I contact Okedoo?

Email [email protected] with your nickname and a short description. A person reads every message.

Is there a phone number?

No. Support is by email so that reports and account details can be checked properly before we reply.

How do I delete my Okedoo account?

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or include your guest nickname. We confirm by email once the account is deleted.

I was banned by mistake. What do I do?

Write to support giving your nickname and the reason you believe the ban was a mistake. A reviewer looks at the original report and call record before replying.

My coins did not arrive. Who do I tell?

Refresh first, as confirmations can lag a little. If they are still missing, email support with the purchase time and receipt.

Can I report someone after the chat ended?

Yes. Email support with the time of the chat and the other person's nickname if you saw it, so we can find the call record.

Rather be chatting than emailing?

Fair enough. Start a match and say hi to someone new.
